The Role

 Our client is one of the world's largest talent associations, dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations. With members that come from more than 120 countries and work in public and private organizations in every industry sector, our client is searching for a Marketing Manager. In this role, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven contractor to support the marketing efforts in the Middle East region. This role will leverage email campaigns, website content, digital tactics, and social media channels to support the global events, education offering and other offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the Middle East markets, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and other digital tactics to promote the company's products, services, and initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience for global audiences.
  • Develop compelling messaging that resonates with international markets.
  • Partner with digital and social media teams to create and implement strategies that engage global audiences and promote offerings effectively. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to identify and engage international teams, corporate delegations, and regional partners.
  • Utilize tracking systems to evaluate lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams, regional offices, and external partners to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure seamless execution of global marketing initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing in the Middle East region, with a focus on global events, training programs or other related field
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, website content management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, particularly for international audiences and corporate delegations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Deep understanding of market behavior to develop and adapt strategies based on market dynamics and trends, ensuring effective positioning and growth
