The Role: Flutter Mobile Developer

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join a healthcare technology project aimed at helping chronic pain sufferers through a nerve stimulation device. This role will focus on enhancing an existing mobile app (currently in versions 1 and 2) to launch version 2.1 with new features, improved user guidance, and stronger analytics.

You will work alongside backend developers and Bluetooth specialists to deliver a high-quality cross-platform mobile experience on iOS and Android.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build version 2.1 of an existing Flutter-based mobile app for iOS and Android
• Enhance educational content within the app to guide users on:
• Device operation (on/off)
• Adjusting intensity levels
• Best practices for device use
• Implement an in-app user rating feature
• Integrate app with a product analytics platform
• Improve data collection and reporting functionality
• Collaborate with Bluetooth experts (no need to develop Bluetooth stack from scratch)
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure app readiness for potential expansion into Canada, Mexico, and UAE markets

Ideal Candidate

• 4–5+ years of Flutter mobile app development experience
• Proven track record of delivering cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of integrating analytics and user feedback mechanisms
• Comfortable working within a distributed, remote team environment
• Excellent communication skills and proactive in surfacing technical recommendations
• Experience with Azure backend integrations is a plus
• Must overlap significantly with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
