- Promote GitLab's values, culture, and all-remote approach in every interaction, acting as a brand ambassador for potential team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting end to end hiring processes in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast paced or high volume environment.
- Skill using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and a willingness to learn and use additional tools such as Git and GitLab.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Demonstrated strength in organization, time management, and prioritization, with a consistent focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members across time zones and functions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Interest in learning about talent acquisition and contributing to an inclusive hiring process that attracts a qualified, diverse, and motivated team.
- Alignment with GitLab's values and comfort working in an all remote, asynchronous environment, including flexibility in your working hours to support candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones, with openness to transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles.
