About this Position

As part of G-Ps Global Mobility team you will assist with the service delivery of visa sponsorship across the Globe. You will work with multiple departments within the business to support Visa queries, ensure immigration compliance and support us while we grow our global mobility offerings both for our employees and our customers.

This role is a maternity leave cover for a period of 10 months

What you'll do:

  • Managing global mobility inquiries via Jira board/Zendesk
  • Conducting country reviews as part of our bi-annual country card review process
  • Reviewing Newland Chase invoices and handling administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Sr. Global Mobility Associate with daily administrative tasks as required
  • Supporting the global team with any Visa queries and escalating to the Sr. Global Mobility Associate or local partners
  • Assessing the options available for a professional based on the information provided by the global team
  • Supporting with right-to-work checks
  • Ensuring compliance for visa applications/renewals and making sure that all professionals have the right to work
  • Assisting local human resources with any visa requests
  • Researching and staying up to date with immigration changes
  • Attending calls with customers and relevant stakeholders
  • Keeping the internal database up to date with any relevant information

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in immigration-related matters
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft programs
