- Oversee the entire portfolio, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Optimize allocation across the portfolio, balancing PMO and cross‑functional capacity against strategic priorities and customer commitments. Work closely with internal and external matrixed teams.
- Proactively identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement Change management and tooling: Drive organizational change initiatives related to PMO process, tooling, and data adoption, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and training for teams and stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience building and leading a Program or Project Management Office or a similar portfolio governance function in a high‑tech environment.
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix leadership environment, coordinating across multiple business units and geographies, and cultures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across product, engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams.
- Strong team leadership, with ability to win trust, foster alignment, and mentor reports, and facilitate consistent ways of working.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on risk management and issue resolution in a highly dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle changing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company.
