The work you do here will positively impact lives around the world. We stand by our promise: Opportunity Made Possible. In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, we invite you to join us in expanding your skills and helping to reshape the future of work.

At G-P, we assist organizations in building exceptional global teams in days, not months—streamlining the hiring, onboarding, and management process to unlock growth potential for all.

About this position:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be joining a team that is laser-focused on taking over the world, building a company we are proud of, and meeting the needs of thousands of employers hiring internationally. With our record of phenomenal growth, we need to recruit the best of the best—relentless hunters with the potential to grow with us as we expand.

What you’ll do:

  • Targeted Prospecting: Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region utilizing Cognism, LinkedIn, news feeds, online databases, and AI-powered prospecting tools to build high-quality target lists.
  • Cold Outreach: Proactively initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and social selling to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
  • Relationship Building: Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders, building strong relationships by deeply understanding their business model, international hiring needs, and operational challenges.
  • Value Proposition: Educate prospects on the strategic opportunities and financial benefits of our global hiring solution, tailoring the pitch to their specific pain points.
  • Deal Execution: Draft and follow up on commercial proposals, navigate complex objections, and drive the sales process forward to close deals against a quarterly sales target.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain high-quality data and detailed interaction logs in Salesforce, while using revenue intelligence platforms like Gong and Clari to optimize your sales cycle and forecasting.
  • Continuous Learning: Constantly stay ahead of industry-related developments, regulatory shifts in global employment, and maintain a sharp, entrepreneurial drive.
  • We are creating this company together as a team, so it is incredibly important that we have the best and brightest people all working together towards our common goals.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, finance, or international relations discipline.
  • Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and successfully selling to C-Level executives.
  • Outbound Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including multi-channel sequence building, advanced cold calling, and high-conversion social selling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in global operations, international HR/payroll, or a B2B SaaS product with a financial focus is a strong plus.
  • Sales Methodologies: Structured training in established outbound sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler) is highly advantageous.
  • Mindset: International work/travel experience or a background working in a fast-paced startup environment is a distinct advantage.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 plus variable compensation.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
