Right now we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in our Sales Team in Singapore. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Sales Development Representative you’ll own the beginning of the sales cycle. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through outbound lead generation, research, and responding to inbound requests, while securing meetings for the sales team. It also includes analysing customer needs, presenting GWI products, and prospecting through cold calls and emails.o two sentences briefly outlining the job].

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Desire to cold call and build new relationships on phone, email and over video call
👉 You’re a self starter that is curious and loves to ask questions
👉 An additional language would be beneficial- e.g. Mandarin

Interview steps 👟

👉 Preliminary phone screen with the Talent Team (no video required)
👉 First video interview with the hiring managers 
👉 Second (and usually the final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.

*Don’t be alarmed if there are other stages in the process, it’s all part of the plan for some of our roles.
