General Description of the Programme:

GOAL has been working in Syria since 2013, responding to the acute needs of conflict-affected communities. GOAL is working in Idleb Governate, both through direct implementation and through partners, delivering food, non-food programming to highly vulnerable populations, and provision of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) through support to Water units, as well as emergency support to recently displaced households.

GOAL has been working in North Aleppo Governate since 2019, through direct implementation and through partners, delivering food, non-food programming to highly vulnerable populations, as well as emergency support for recently displaced household.

تعمل منظمة جول في سوريا منذ عام 2013، استجابةً للاحتياجات الحادة للمجتمعات المتضررة من النزاع. وتنفذ المنظمة برامجها في محافظة إدلب من خلال التنفيذ المباشر وبالشراكة مع منظمات محلية، حيث تقدم مساعدات غذائية وغير غذائية للفئات الأكثر ضعفًا، بالإضافة إلى خدمات المياه والإصحاح والنظافة .(WASH) من خلال دعم وحدات المياه، والمساعدات الطارئة للأسر النازحة حديثًا

.وتعمل جول أيضًا في شمال محافظة حلب منذ عام 2019، من خلال التنفيذ المباشر والشركاء، لتقديم الدعم الغذائي وغير الغذائي للفئات الضعيفة، وكذلك تقديم المساعدة الطارئة للأسر النازحة حديثًا

 

 

Job purpose:

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and simple maintenance duties.

The goal is to keep our building clean and orderly condition.

نحن نبحث عن عامل/عاملة نظافة للعناية بمرافق المنظمة وتنفيذ مهام التنظيف والصيانة البسيطة

الهدف من الوظيفة هو الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المباني التابعة للمنظمة

Duties, objectives and competencies

• Responsible for basic cleaning in and around residential or office buildings.
• Coordinate with other cleaners to maintain cleanliness in buildings.
• Attend to and monitor the entrance door.
• Ensure hot water is available in the kitchen and serve beverages to staff and visitors.
• Prepare lunch in the office as requested.
• Clean floors and rooms, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping; picking up larger objects off the floor; and spot-cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot-cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Vacuum, empty trash bins, and replace liners.
• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Transport dirty linens to the designated area for cleaning and restock clean linens in assigned areas.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal service for guests.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Refill supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, and order new cleaning supplies as needed.

مسؤول عن التنظيف الأساسي داخل وحول المباني السكنية أو المكتبية -

التنسيق مع عمال النظافة الآخرين للحفاظ على النظافة داخل المباني -

مراقبة باب المدخل والانتباه له -

 التأكد من توفر الماء الساخن في المطبخ وتقديم المشروبات للموظفين والزوار -

تحضير الغداء في المكتب عند الطلب -

تنظيف الأرضيات والغرف، بما في ذلك إزالة الغبار، الكنس، التنظيف بالمكنسة الكهربائية، والمسح؛ ورفع الأشياء الكبيرة عن الأرض؛ وتنظيف الزجاج والنوافذ بشكل جزئي -

تنظيف الحمامات، بما في ذلك تعبئة موزعات الصابون والمناديل، تفريغ سلال المهملات، تعقيم التجهيزات، تنظيف المرايا، تنظيف الأبواب والحواجز، كنس ومسح الأرضيات وتنظيف المرافق -استخدام المكنسة الكهربائية، تفريغ سلال القمامة، وتبديل الأكياس -

تجهيز وتعبئة وصيانة معدات ومواد التنظيف -

مراقبة والحفاظ على مستوى النظافة والتنظيم في المناطق المخصصة -

نقل الغسيل المتسخ إلى المكان المخصص لغسله، وإعادة تعبئة المناطق بالبياضات النظيفة -

مساعدة الأقسام الأخرى حسب الحاجة لضمان أفضل خدمة -

أداء أي مهام إضافية يتم تكليف الموظف بها -

إعادة تعبئة اللوازم مثل ورق الحمام والمناشف الورقية وطلب المستلزمات عند الحاجة -

Requirements (essential)

• Educated minimum primary school certificate and maximum secondary school certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the position of cleaner.
• Residence in Aleppo for one year at least.

المتطلبات (الأساسية)

• شهادة دراسية لا تقل عن المرحلة الابتدائية ولا تزيد عن الشهادة الثانوية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في وظيفة عامل/عاملة نظافة.
• الإقامة في مدينة حلب منذ سنة واحدة على الأقل.

 

Requirements (desired)

• Previous experience working as a cleaner in NGO sectors.
• fit to conduct the tasks washing, cleaning, and loading activities “will be assessed during interview”
• Having a certificate in the hygiene or related field is preferrable.

المتطلبات (المرغوبة)

• خبرة سابقة في العمل كعامل نظافة ضمن منظمات غير حكومية.
• القدرة على أداء مهام الغسيل والتنظيف وحمل المواد (سيتم تقييمها خلال المقابلة)
• يفضل أن يكون لديه/لديها شهادة في مجال النظافة أو في مجال ذي صلة.
