The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team and help elevate our evolving Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you’ll drive efficiency and usability across the platform, provide hands-on support for end users in Sales and Support, and play a key role in refining existing processes and launching new integrations. You'll collaborate across teams that rely on Salesforce—spanning the entire customer journey from lead generation to onboarding and support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, a knack for simplifying complexity, and a comfort with fast-paced change.

What You'll Do

  • Build, update, and manage Salesforce automations (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.) across Standard and Custom objects to streamline workflows and improve user efficiency across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Configure and maintain user access (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues in real time, supporting teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Collaborate with internal System Admins and cross-functional stakeholders on Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Partner with external Salesforce contractors to scope, review, and implement technical solutions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and business needs.
  • Maintain and optimize third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., outreach tools, Groove, support platforms, data providers), ensuring stability, performance, and compatibility with platform updates.
  • QC and test complex automations, data flows, and configurations created by teammates or external partners.
  • Own data hygiene and maintenance efforts—develop and enforce processes to ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and field standardization while upholding Salesforce security best practices and protecting sensitive customer and business data.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and ensure our instance evolves with business needs.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a current Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator certification is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and a strong understanding of how these platforms support the end-to-end customer journey.
  • A passion for creating efficiency through Salesforce declarative tools, especially Flows, and a strong eye for scalable automation.
  • Deep knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Settings, and Security Settings to effectively manage user access and system integrity.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process in Salesforce, from Lead to Opportunity to Quote; experience with CPQ and supporting SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with relational data models; experience working with education data or K-12 institutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce Workbench, SOQL, and Data Loader; experience supporting workflows in Service Cloud is highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, bonuses, and an employee stock option plan.
  • Flexible time off, 13 paid holidays, paid parental leave, wellness days, and a paid year-end holiday break.
  • A robust catalog of benefits that support your professional growth and personal wellbeing: learning funds, lifestyle funds, online yoga & meditation classes, fertility & adoption reimbursement, giving funds with company match, and more…

Plus the intangible:

  • A varied and challenging role in a global and highly innovative high-growth company.
  • Supportive, driven colleagues who have your back and share your passion.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
