We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you’ll architect and scale the platform behind real-time assessments used in classrooms across the country. You’ll design for accessibility, multilingual delivery, and state-aligned standards — all while tackling engineering challenges like low-latency response handling, secure test environments, and long-term performance analytics at the district level. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role where you’ll take features from concept to delivery. If you’re energized by solving tough problems at scale — and want your engineering work to make a tangible difference in education — you’ll thrive here. You will work on an end-to-end system and build critical features for customers. You will have complete ownership of the product, while working on long-term architecture for the product and integrating it into a larger product portfolio over time. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading large-scale projects and a strong backend proficiency in Java/Spring and experience with frontend development with JavaScript and Backbone.js.
