You will be instrumental in translating complex operational challenges into simple, automated solutions, collaborating closely with senior engineering, design, and data science teams to bring our most ambitious AI capabilities to market at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do:

Recognized as the expert on AI Platform capabilities within the Motive Product organization, you will:

  • Own the Core AI Platform Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Motive’s core AI and Automation Platform, focusing on delivering scalable intelligence across our integrated operations platform.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions regarding our platform offerings and competitive edge.
  • Translate Technology into Value: Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to translate core AI/ML capabilities and large, real-time data sets into reliable, production-ready products that create massive, measurable customer value.
  • Enable Proactive Solutions: Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact automation and intelligent intervention opportunities across the customer journey, from the field to the back office.
  • Define Success: Establish clear, business-driven success metrics for the platform (e.g., efficiency gains, reduction in manual effort) and ensure every feature delivers meaningful outcomes for enterprise fleets.
  • Be the Customer Champion: Engage frequently with our customers to discover their most pressing operational needs and advocate for intuitive, unified, and autonomous experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product leaders and GTM teams to ensure platform features are ethical, transparent, and seamlessly integrated across all user experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • You are a proven 0-1 builder, and know how to execute at a high level in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define a strategic roadmap, gain organizational buy-in, and successfully take complex technical products from concept to launch.
  • Sufficient technical depth to comfortably collaborate with Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers on model capabilities, performance, and productionization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting large data sets to guide product decisions and measure success, focusing on outcomes over outputs.
  • High customer empathy and the ability to translate complex operational pain points into simple, elegant, and autonomous product experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
