About the Role:
This position reports into the Manager of Recruiting Operations. This person will be a critical part of a five person Recruiting Operations team which supports Motive’s global Recruiting department with a focus on compliance, training, reporting, process standardization, and tactical support.
We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiting Operations Specialist who will help to keep the recruiting organization running smoothly on the backend. The day-to-day will consist of supporting the broader Recruiting team via the use of Greenhouse (ATS), reporting, auditing and leading various operational projects. These projects will range from process improvement, system implementation, executive reporting, and more. A successful candidate will be reliable, proactive, attentive to deliverable deadlines, and adaptable to partnering with teammates and peers across the globe
What You'll Do:
- Recognize opportunities for efficiencies in processes, and raise recommendations and plans to put changes in place
- Understand recruiting compliance and own various compliance-related activities - audits, data integrity, and walkthroughs
- Provide excellent end-user support to our partners within recruiting (Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators)
- Become intimately familiar with Greenhouse and identify opportunities to improve our usage
- Assist in developing and executing trainings, refreshers, or ad-hoc process support
- Build out simple and clear process maps and step-by-step guidelines
- Partner closely with our IT, HR, and legal teams for cross-functional initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ years of recruiting operations experience
- Greenhouse ATS familiarity and experience strongly preferred
- Reporting and analytics tool experience a plus (e.g. Gem Analytics, Talentwall, Tableau)
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with global team members with brevity and purpose
- Create actionable plans and drive towards results
- Change management skills - understanding the sensitivity of change and being able to influence those around you to buy into changes in processes
- Question current processes and approach issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to take a proactive hands-on approach with a technical aptitude
