Senior Product Designer

We’re seeking a highly motivated, Senior Product Designer to play a key role in crafting, exploring and continually deliver innovative solutions and experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer You will: 

• Drive user experience and design of one of Gong’s key product areas -
• Develop concepts - brainstorm and create wireframes.
• Deliver detailed design.
• Act as the user advocate - embed user-centered design principles and craft intelligent, cutting-edge and user-centered digital experiences.
• Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.
• Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines.

You should apply if you have: 

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with the ability to deliver clear and intuitive designs.
• A highly creative mindset and a self-starting approach, with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and understand complex challenges and deliver elegantly simple solutions.
• A passion for developing exceptional UX that creates raving fans.
• Experience with user research methodologies and testing practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (an advantage).
• A degree in a related field (Design, Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive/Applied Psychology) – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• A high level of verbal and written English proficiency.
• A portfolio of recent work to showcase your expertise.
