We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency, alignment, and impact across our Product Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and execution—ensuring that our initiatives run smoothly, data informs our decisions, and cross-functional collaboration is seamless.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Launch Process: Design and own the end-to-end product announcement and activation workflow, ensuring alignment across teams, clear milestones, and flawless execution of our product launches.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of key Product Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the operational glue between Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, GTM, and Product/Engineering teams to drive seamless execution.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance speed, agility, and collaboration within Product Marketing and our cross-functional partners.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and optimize workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance Product Marketing efficiency and impact.
- Data & Insights: Build and manage reporting frameworks to measure Product Marketing effectiveness, product launch performance, and sales enablement impact.
- Ownership: Keep leadership team informed of status and risk of owned programs and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in Program management roles
- Demonstrated & progressive success in project management. You should be able to manage several projects at once and drive cross-functional stakeholders to action. Experience collaborating with teams across the company and working with global teams is a big plus.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Attention to detail and effective time management is key.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced culture and isn’t afraid of change and ambiguity as we build our global GTM Operations function.
- PMP Certification is a plus; comfort with data and analyzing impact is a plus.
- Experience leading transformational and strategic programs is a plus
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Confluence), data orchestration tools (Workato, Zapier), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools (Snowflake).

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,350 - $157,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
