We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst – GTM Tools to help scale and support the operational backbone of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role sits at the intersection of systems, process, and support—ensuring that our internal tools (like Salesforce, FreshService, and Zendesk) run smoothly and reliably, and that cross-functional teams have the support they need to move efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a systems-minded analyst looking to grow their expertise in GTM tooling and platform ownership.
If you thrive on solving complex systems challenges, owning mission-critical platforms, and ensuring operational continuity, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Zendesk admin responsibilities for the GTM organization.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and work directly with Zendesk support when needed.
- Maintain workflows, permissions, and configurations to ensure smooth operation and user experience.
- Assist in supporting internal RevOps tickets in FreshService, including account assignments, license requests, and general system troubleshooting.
- Provide backup coverage as needed, for example during high-volume periods like year-end and book assignments.
- Help maintain SLAs and ensure consistent support for GTM teams during peak times
- Partner closely with teams including CS, Partners, System Operations and GTM to understand business requirements and implement effective system solutions.
- Communicate status, blockers, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and processes.
- Implement scalable, efficient solutions across tools to support long-term operational success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk—you’ve managed basic administration, supported users, and troubleshot workflows
- Familiarity with a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar; exposure to Salesforce Flow Builder or working with custom fields and objects is preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a systems analyst, admin, or operations support role - ideally supporting GTM, Customer Success, or Support teams
- A problem solver who enjoys digging into systems to identify and resolve issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you can track tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and document what you build
- Collaborative mindset and clear communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote environment
- Exposure to JIRA, Asana, Slack, and/or Gong is nice to have
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company is nice to have
