As a Product Analytics Team Lead, You Will

• Own the quality bar for product analytics across the team by defining, implementing, and continuously improving standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Create and maintain procedures that improve analytics consistency, accuracy, business relevance, and actionability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product analysts through hands-on coaching, structured feedback, and career development.
• Remain hands-on with analytics, personally leading complex analyses, exploratory investigations, and high-impact deep dives alongside the team.

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated, collected, and modeled to support analytics needs.

You Should Apply If You Have

• 6+ years of experience working in data or product analytics, preferably at a growing tech company.
• Out of which, 2+ years of experience in a managerial or team lead role, managing analysts or similar roles.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; comfort with additional analytics tools.
• Experience with product analytics methodologies.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills, with a track record of developing people.
• A mindset focused on scaling impact, not just individual contribution.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to surface insights that drove measurable business impact.
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Ability to balance hands-on analysis with leadership and process ownership.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and comfort operating in a fast-changing environment.
