The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious product analyst who is passionate about revolutionizing parenting through data. You’ll be a critical member of the product team, helping to uplevel all product decisions through data-driven insights.
This role reports to the Head of Product, and is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our office in Midtown Manhattan.
What You’ll Own
- Data Ownership and Management:
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and maintain robust data tracking systems
- Own and manage all tracking events across our digital products
- Manage our data platforms, including Amplitude, Segment, Braze, AppsFlyer, and Optimizely
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance to better understand top of funnel growth, conversion, engagement, and retention
- Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends
- Proactively deliver insights and identify opportunities for product improvements based on data insights
- Answer ad-hoc questions from product managers, providing data-backed responses
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define and track KPIs
- A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Collaborate with product managers to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on test results
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Mode)
- Experience with web and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling manner
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience working with product management teams and translating data into actionable insights
- Passion for using data to improve products and user experiences

- Competitive Compensation: base salary for this role will be $110,000 - $120,000 annually
