Goodwin is looking for a seasoned, hands‑on marketing leader to architect and execute the growth engine for our next‑generation charter aviation platform. We’re looking for someone to roll up their sleeves, ship campaigns, and gather real‑time data before hiring and mentoring the team that will scale those wins.
Responsibilities:
Build‑then‑scale GTM motion – Design and personally run the early experiments across paid, earned, and owned channels; translate the learnings into a repeatable playbook and an org structure that you will hire for.
Own positioning & narrative – Craft a crisp story that speaks to brokers, operators, and the broader charter aviation ecosystem; keep messaging and design assets on brand everywhere they appear.
Segment & personalize – Define data‑driven persona and lifecycle frameworks; deploy campaigns accordingly
Partner for revenue impact – Help turn marketing campaigns into booked demos, partnering with Sales and other cross-functional teams for revenue impact
Minimum Qualifications:
10 + years leading B2B SaaS marketing, with at least some zero‑to‑one wins.
Proven ability to do the work yourself—writing copy, launching ads, briefing designers—while delegating and hiring certain areas out.
Fluency across the full funnel: brand, demand gen, product marketing, comms/PR, events and community.
Strategic mindset grounded in metrics, experimentation, and tight alignment with revenue targets.
Bonus: exposure to fintech, SaaS marketplaces or aviation industries.
