About The Role

The Assistant, Marketing Project Management supports the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing and creative initiatives across goop. This role sits at the center of a highly cross-functional ecosystem, partnering with teams across Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth, Digital, Editorial, Social, PR, Influencer, Strategic Partnerships, Wholesale, and Retail. The Marketing PM team serves as the connective tissue that keeps campaigns, launches, and creative projects on track from planning through delivery. This role includes a summer project focused on supporting goop’s Notion rollout and reports to the Director of Marketing Project Management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide day to day operational and administrative support to the Director of Marketing PM across all active marketing and creative workstreams.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings across departments, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, capturing notes, and distributing follow-up action items.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date marketing calendars and project trackers, proactively flagging risks, blockers, and status updates to the Director across active initiatives.
  • Support the execution of campaigns, launches, and cross functional initiatives, helping keep deadlines, deliverables, and communication on track across teams.
  • Assist with compiling and distributing project status updates and recaps to keep stakeholders informed across active workstreams.
  • Support the company wide transition to Notion by assisting with data migration from Monday.com, documenting current Marketing PM workflows, and helping build out the team's Notion workspace under the direction of the Director.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Some prior office, internship, or administrative experience, ideally in a marketing, creative, or fast-paced brand environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across teams and levels with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Notion or curiosity about AI tools like Claude is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry and enthusiasm for the goop brand.

FAQ 

  • Compensation:$18.47 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be full-time (40 hours/week) and run from June 1st – July 28th, 2026.
