The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving the enterprise sales efforts within specific regions across our entire product suite. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, driving customer acquisition, and fostering long-term lucrative customer relationships. You will also be responsible for developing AE’s and building a culture of continued personal growth. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes. This position is remote, but does require travel as needed within client territories, and reports to the CRO.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sales representatives. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support their professional growth
- Individual Development: Build upon current culture of employee development by adding to and adhering to a curriculum of coaching
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop action plans to penetrate key industries and target markets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets and expanding the company's customer base within your region. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points. Engage in strategic conversations, demonstrating the value of the company's products and services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, and customer success, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall company strategies
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to optimize the sales cycle
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Utilize the knowledge to develop sales strategies and inform product development initiatives
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for your region, ensuring proper allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals for your team
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership
- History in Government is a plus
- History working in property of vital records is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Proven track record in forecasting
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive revenue growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing complex, high-value deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills cross-functionally
- Strong Salesforce acumen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willingness to travel as required
Compensation & Benefits
- $180,000 - $200,000 annual base + commission 50/50 Split (No Cap)
