We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who’s passionate about connecting amazing people with the right opportunities. If you love finding talent, creating great candidate experiences, and shaping the future of a growing company, this role is for you. You’ll be at the heart of our hiring process for our GovOS Mexico office, working closely with US hiring team and hiring managers to bring in the best talent to ensure GovOS continues to thrive. You will be tasked with the responsibility of expanding our technical and non-technical roles as needed such as engineering and professional services.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to making offers and welcoming new hires, ensuring operational efficiency in the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies for assigned roles and customer groups.
  • Proactively source top talent using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews that assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with company values and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with potential hires, contributing to a solid talent pipeline and supporting future recruitment efforts. \
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team, hiring managers, and others to align recruitment practices and ensure smooth processes.
  • Showcase the company’s culture and values through engaging employer branding strategies and enhance the candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine hiring strategies and improve the recruitment process. 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously, while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset—always looking for ways to improve recruitment practices and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers feel supported and heard throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations, with some management guidance and oversight. 

 Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of four (4) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring across technical, creative, and operational roles, with proven success in managing recruitment for select roles with some managerial oversight.
  • Strong understanding of Mexico’s hiring processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience sourcing talent using various platforms and strategies outside of LinkedIn.
  • Fluent in English, with experience communicating in both written and spoken English.
