Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse. There are more than 20M users of Grafana, the open source visualization tool, around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a NASA launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps more than 3,000 companies -- including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay -- manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack, both featuring scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).

Facilitating functional workshops and documenting requirements to guide project execution
-
Staying up to date on Grafana and related observability technologies to ensure alignment with customer needs
-
Acting as a subject matter expert to internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services)
-
Identifying recurring patterns and contributing to product improvements and delivery frameworks
-
Advocating for standards, best practices, and long-term success in customer environments
-
Managing timelines, project risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes
What Makes You a Great Fit:
-
5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing technical projects, ideally within Professional Services or consulting environments
-
Hands-on experience with observability technologies and best practices across metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and visualisation
-

Experience working in fast-paced environments and driving customer outcomes under tight timelines
-
Skilled in Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred)
-
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
-
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and customer needs
-
Vision to support the continued evolution of Grafana Labs’ Professional Services offerings
Bonus Points For:
