Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solutioning: Spearhead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on maximizing strategic value and meeting client objectives.
  • Customization and Configuration: Utilize Salesforce's extensive toolset to architect solutions tailored to complex business needs, including process automation, data visibility, and user experiences.
    • Security and Visibility: Define and set up complex object security to ensure data integrity and appropriate record visibility across the organization.
    • User Experience Design: Utilize apps, lightning pages, and layout customization to create unique and compelling user experiences within Salesforce environments.
    • Process Automation: Design and deploy automation solutions via Flows, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
    • Change Management: Facilitate the seamless handover of Salesforce platforms to client teams through comprehensive knowledge training, detailed documentation, and dedicated support, ensuring clients are well-equipped to maintain optimal system performance and compliance.
    • Optimization and Integration: Configure core Salesforce capabilities for improved user experience, and integrate Salesforce with external tools like email platforms and document generation to enhance workflow and communication.
    • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and thoroughly document business needs, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
    • Client Engagement: Develop strong, ongoing client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business models, challenges, and strategic goals. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client expectations are aligned with the Salesforce solutions being delivered.
    • Team-Driven Client Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team in delivering client projects, ensuring seamless communication and strong client relationships. Oversee conflict resolution, advocate for client needs, and provide strategic direction to align Salesforce solutions with the client's long-term business objectives. Guide and mentor team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Platform Mastery: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce business analysis, including comprehensive project scoping and execution.
  • Consultancy Leadership: Demonstrate a proven record of 2+ years in a senior consultancy or equivalent position, showcasing project leadership abilities and the delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions.
  • Order Management Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management is highly preferred.

  • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC), with a strong preference for Agile or Hybrid methodologies, alongside skills in design conceptualization through entity and object relationship diagrams.
  • Client-Focused Excellence: A prominent requirement is substantial client-facing experience, with a strong aptitude for understanding client needs, effectively managing stakeholder relations, and steering projects to success. The ability to communicate complex Salesforce solutions effectively to clients, maintaining positive relations, and advocating for client needs within project executions is paramount.
  • Innovative Solutions Engineering: Proficient in leveraging the Salesforce platform to craft and implement innovative, practical solutions and methodologies, translating intricate business challenges into efficient Salesforce-driven workflows.
