ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to our clients’ sustainability journey. In this role, you’ll be the direct point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs, fostering relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to elevate our service. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, communicative team player with a keen eye for detail. Experience in customer success or project management, specifically in the sustainability space is preferred.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through regular written and verbal communication.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
- Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to improve Greenplaces’ offerings and client deliverables.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Support the Sustainability Team in data collection for greenhouse gas inventory reporting and other client projects.
- Assist in developing sustainability and emission reduction strategies for clients in collaboration with the Sustainability team.
- Contribute to the creation of sustainability-focused content for our entire client base.
- Lead the renewal process and collaborate with the Sales Team on growth and expansion strategies.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
- Sustainability experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at various stages with ease.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to implement processes effectively.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Base salary range: $80k-$110k, depending on skill level, location and experience
