Fulfillment & Warehouse Manager
The Role:
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Manager to act an essential coordinator and motivator for our Fulfillment and Inventory Control teams in Oglesby. The ideal candidate for this job is a true people person who’s always baking up ideas for improving teamwork and communication. In this role, you’ll set goals, expectations, and performance standards for our entire Fulfillment and Inventory Control team in Oglesby and help bring our performance level even higher. At GTI, we know that finishing up production is a joint effort, and as Fulfillment Manager you’ll work closely with the Logistics Manager—that’s dry/trim/cure/pack—to track inventory and coordinate procedures.
Responsibility:
- Develop and manage daily order fulfillment schedules to ensure timely delivery of all sales orders.
- Set fulfillment goals, monitor employee performance, and provide regular one-on-one feedback to support team development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations affecting operations and safety; promote safety policies and awareness throughout the facility.
- Establish and oversee inventory control and replenishment processes to achieve 100% accuracy in cycle counts and month-end inventory reviews.
- Coordinate the scheduling, tracking, and distribution of incoming raw materials, packaging supplies, and outbound product deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to meet customer service objectives and resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor inventory levels by evaluating usage patterns, communicating regularly with the Supply Chain team, and managing physical inventory processes.
- Coordinate operations with Lead Persons, Production Supervisors, and Department Managers to ensure smooth departmental activities.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state laws and regulations impacting Green Thumb operations.
- Enforce safe work practices, adhere to GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product quality is upheld.
- Report any conditions or practices that could compromise product safety, quality, or personnel safety to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and guidelines
- Knowledgeable of Lean Manufacturing principles and processes (5S, TPM, etc.)
- Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft® Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word). Basic ERP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.
Additional Requirements:
- Active driver’s license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be approved by the D.O.A. to receive an Agent badge
The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$95,000 - $110,000 USD
