Sales Operations Coordinator

The Role 

The Sales Coordinator will be a key partner and support team member to our entire sales organization. You will partner with sales, accounting, and order fulfillment teams to keep our business humming as we continue to scale. You’re analytically and technically inclined and can manage, administer and improve our sales systems, processes and policies. You know how to work cross functionally across many teams and are ready to chip in to ensure success for all of GTI.

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for processing invoices to ensure on-time delivery, checking orders/invoices and confirming manifests 

• Support Manager, Sales Operations on any and/all initiatives and responsibilities, as needed, across our sales systems, business analysis, and leadership reporting

• Act as a point of contact for sales analytics requests, improvements and troubleshooting

• Responsible for maintaining pricing, communicating promotions, and executing updates

• Responsible for maintaining and executing changes to customer data

• Create, manage, optimize and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows and sales process best practices

• Build and maintain key operational reporting and streamline ad-hoc reporting

• Continuously review and make recommendations for current processes and programs, to ensure efficiency

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1 year of experience in sales, accounting, business operations, or analytics role

• Fluency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables etc for easy turn-key sales use.

• Previous experience with a CRM, ERP, or other sales software systems is highly preferred

• Experiencing in leveraging PowerAutomate or another process automation tool is preferred

• Experience building documentation for processes and systems

• Develop and improve the sales operations process to maximize output and efficiency

• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, non-verbal, written), with the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

• Possesses a high level of critical thinking

• Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information

Additional Requirements 

  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must possess valid driver’s license 
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 
  • Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry 

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Green Thumb Pay Range

$52,000 - $58,240 USD
