Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Designer who is passionate about creating, testing, and delivering meaningful product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is motivated by turning ideas into production-ready solutions.

As part of our Global Design team, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to develop products from initial concept through production. You will play an active role throughout the entire development process—engaging with users to uncover insights, generating and iterating on concepts, building prototypes, refining CAD models, and helping guide solutions to launch.

Success in this role requires the ability to move efficiently, make informed decisions with evolving inputs, and continuously improve designs through iteration. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and brings a clear design perspective, along with the ability to communicate ideas effectively. A proactive mindset, willingness to challenge assumptions, and commitment to learning and growth are essential. You should be equally comfortable contributing independently and collaborating within a high-performing, cross-functional team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong core design creative abilities, especially early ideation methodologies, and concepting
  • At least 3 years experience in designing innovative consumer-oriented products
  • 3D CAD modeling capabilities (SolidWorks/ Creo preferred)
  • Outstanding rendering and illustration capabilities (Keyshot, SW Visualize, Sketchbook/ Photoshop preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to effectively communicate to all levels within a fast-paced work environment
  • Experienced with, and active user of, outdoor power tools
  • Ability to develop feasible design solutions that are creative, attractive, and innovative
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to be self-directed in completing tasks within required timelines
  • Mechanically inclined mindset with experience as a creative problem-solver and an aptitude for executing at an exceptional level

Position Type//Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel:

Occasional travel to both domestic and international locations is a required component of this position.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
