Position Summary:
The Greenworks Internship Program provides students and early-career individuals with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Interns will gain exposure to day-to-day business operations, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop professional skills aligned with their field of study. This role is designed to provide practical learning opportunities while supporting team objectives and organizational goals.
Program Details:
Duration: 6–8 weeks, beginning in the latter part of May
Schedule: Minimum of 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Location: Would be based on the department in which they would be working and shared during the screening process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks and projects within the assigned department
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and assignments
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events
- Prepare presentations, documentation, or reports as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify efficiencies
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of assigned work
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
Potential Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree relevant to the internship area (e.g., Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, HR, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting

- Observe and detect details at close range.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
- Climb stairs, stationary position (Sit/Stand 50% of time).
- Position self by stooping, kneeling, transport, or position boxes weighing 5 -20 pounds or more.
- Operate office equipment including computers, copiers, and printers.
- Occasionally exposed to weather elements.
