POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating the execution of all projects (TV, Digital, Print, Mobile, etc.) for assigned brands. This role serves as the central hub of communication for the team regarding all project deliverables and is a key function within the Project Management team. It is a leadership position focused on multi-channel planning and delivery, collaborating with discipline leads across Grey’s capabilities to develop complex, integrated work plans (scope, timing, and resources). The Senior Project Manager will successfully lead the execution of agency services across long-term client engagements.
An enthusiastic problem solver, the Senior Project Manager thrives on being engaged at all levels of a project. As the key point of contact for both the client and the project team, this role plays a pivotal part in the success of an engagement. You will oversee projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $4M, ensuring the team has everything needed to create Famously Effective work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage project plans, collaborating with discipline leads and project teams to execute on multi-channel tactical planning and business roadmap development.
- Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, assets, capacity planning, change management, and overall project organization to ensure clear communication and execution of project deliverables.
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across projects based on scope and goals.
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying and implementing solutions.
- Develop and update timelines with input from relevant departments, keeping them accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage production vendors and agency partners.
- Consistently identify client needs and ensure approaches and solutions align with objectives and future goals.
- Set and manage client expectations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and act on client feedback.
- Assist in the development and tracking of integrated project plans alongside the Project Director.
- Remind team members of upcoming due dates and alert key partners if deadlines shift.
- Review weekly estimates vs. actuals and submit accurate timesheets daily.
- Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings, providing regular project updates to the team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proven project management, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- High-level communication and language skills.
- Previous management experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in Advertising or a related field.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $110,000 to $120,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
