About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to support our packaging and production operations at our Roanoke facility. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals

• This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location
• Hourly Rate: $17/hr + annual raise program
• PTO: This role offers paid vacation & sick days
• Benefits: Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75%
• We have 2 potential shifts. Below, we will ask which ones you are interested in and please check all that apply

• • Day Shift 1 - Weekday Focused: 
    • Week A: 7 am - 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (48 hours)
    • Week B:  7 am - 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (36 hours)
  • Day Shift 2 - Weekend Focused:
    • Week A: 7 am - 7 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (36 hours)
    • Week B: 7 am - 7 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (48 hours)

In this role, you will:

• Assist in packaging bulk gummies into sachets and gussets.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to meet compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve efficiency.

We're looking for someone who:

• 2+ years experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable operating machinery and handling inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Objective.  Uses data and KPIs to drive behavior and changes
