Your Role:
The Sourcing Consultant, Technology Recruitment is an open-ended contract on our Global Talent Acquisition Team. The consultant will be responsible for ongoing talent sourcing support for technical and data hiring needs across our global offices, with a primary focus on AI Engineering roles in the U.S. and Toronto.
The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology, located in New York.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse tech talent pipelines
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source top talent for AI Engineer and other senior technical positions, leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align on role requirements and market insights
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
What You Have
- Confidence in building and executing independent sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
- Strong expertise in sourcing AI talent, with a deep understanding of the technical skill sets, tools, and candidate profiles required for AI-focused roles
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and accountability
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
All consultants are expected to meet the following KPI's:
- Source Candidates That Lead Towards AI Engineer Hires
- Candidates Sourced and Outreach: 200 Per Week
- Maintaining a 20%+ LinkedIn Response Rate
- Conduct 10+ Introductory Calls Per Week
- Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
- Demonstrated sourcing impact contributing to AI Engineer hires
