🔧 What You’ll Do:

Meet with homeowners to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions

Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up

Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations

Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations
-
Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style
-
Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project

Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
-
Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan
-
Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success

Participate in ongoing product and sales training
✅ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of successful sales experience in the trades or home services industry

A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships
-
Strong project management skills (preferred)

Tech-savvy with experience using ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn)

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
