What You’ll Do
As a Garage Door Master Technician/Installer, you’ll become a key player on our service team, trusted to perform installations and repairs for both residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include:

Install and replace custom garage door systems and components

Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
-
Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
-
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
-
Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
-
Deliver top-tier customer service
-
Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude. You should be:

Mechanically inclined with 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)

Comfortable with hand and power tools
-
Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade

Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven
-
Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation is required
Your Path to Success

Full-Time Hours: 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week)

Training Pay: $20–$25/hour during the 3–5 month training period
-
Post-Training Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year (based on performance and efficiency)
