  • Partner with providers and internal teams to resolve breakdowns, warranties, and emergency repairs quickly.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Negotiate favorable contracts with leasing partners, OEMs, service providers, and fuel programs.

  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effective, high-quality services.

  • Partner with procurement and legal teams on large-scale purchases, leases, and remarketing.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Own and optimize a multi-million-dollar fleet budget.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs like cost per mile, fuel usage, downtime, and accident rates.

  • Drive cost-savings initiatives that never compromise on safety or quality.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and support to fleet coordinators, analysts, and drivers.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, safety, and finance to align fleet goals with business strategy.

  • Advise branch leaders on fleet planning, replacements, and utilization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 7+ years in fleet management, transportation, or logistics (with 3+ years managing 200+ vehicles; 500+ strongly preferred).

  • Proven success in vendor negotiations and contract management.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with fleet software (Geotab, Samsara, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.

Bonus Points

  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or NAFA accreditation.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
