🔧 What You’ll Do

• Deliver top-notch garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater NW Washington metro area.

• Perform detailed inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.

• Keep accurate records of jobs—notes, photos, diagrams—for smooth operations and follow-ups.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and upgrades where appropriate.

• Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

✅ What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.

• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
