In this role, you’ll support our sales team with order processing, purchasing, and customer communication. You’ll work closely with residential customers, builders, vendors, and our Installation Coordinator to ensure orders are accurate, materials are available, and jobs are ready for scheduling.

If you enjoy keeping details organized, solving problems, and helping customers and teammates succeed, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support & Order Management

  • Enter and maintain accurate sales orders, job details, and customer records in ServiceTitan.

  • Review measurements, product selections, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.

  • Resolve missing information with sales representatives and track orders through the sales and procurement process.

Purchasing & Product Coordination

  • Prepare and submit purchase orders for garage doors, openers, hardware, and related materials.

  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to confirm pricing, availability, order details, and lead times.

  • Track outstanding orders and proactively address delays or discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to confirm material availability and expected delivery dates.

Customer & Builder Communication

  • Keep residential customers and builders informed about order status, anticipated delivery dates, and installation readiness.

  • Coordinate project requirements and construction timelines with builders.

  • Respond professionally to questions and concerns, escalating issues when needed.

  • Communicate customer requests, order changes, and potential delays to the sales team.

Installation Readiness

  • Partner with the Installation Coordinator to ensure materials, job details, and customer information are complete before scheduling.

  • Communicate product availability, expected delivery dates, and job readiness.

  • Help resolve discrepancies that could delay installation and support a smooth handoff from sales to installation.

This role supports installation readiness. Installer scheduling and crew dispatch remain with the Installation Coordinator.

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales administration, order processing, purchasing, or customer service preferred.

  • Garage door, construction, building materials, or home services experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and customer requests.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and order management systems.

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred, but not required.
