- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with Symmetry's growth objectives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and long-range planning.
- Operational Excellence & Scalability: Design and implement scalable operational processes, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making & Reporting: Analyze business metrics, KPIs, and project outcomes to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 7-10 years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations (BizOps), management consulting, or program management, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
- Business Analysis & Strategic Problem Solving: Strong analytical and first-principles thinking, with the ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive informed, data-driven decisions.

- Operational Excellence & Scalability: Proven ability to execute complex strategic initiatives across functions and drive scalable operational improvements
- Change Management & Business Building: A self-starter with a passion for building from the ground up, coupled with strong change management skills to drive organizational transformation and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication: Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and persuasively across all levels, foster collaborative environments, and influence outcomes through compelling communication.
- Experience with API-first companies and/or products is a plus
