Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Be a technology strategist, partnering with stakeholders and taking ownership of the roadmap and products they use to reduce inefficiencies and support Gusto as we scale.
  • Ensure effective requirements elicitation, configuration, administration, development, and application support for our Salesforce and Service platform to drive system improvements.
  • Manage projects and partner closely with members of the cross-functional teams to roll out new systems or reduce inefficiencies in our current processes.
  • Own the communication of platform changes, progress, and status updates to end users and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the implementation.
  • Build and maintain effective Gustie experiences using Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers and platform engineers to assess the necessity of custom code solutions and ensure seamless integration and implementation within the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical support by validating reported issues, managing severity levels, creating and prioritizing backlog bug stories, ensuring they are assigned appropriately.

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting CX and Revenue organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience with strategic ownership of a Salesforce platform including vision, roadmap, and work prioritization.
  • Comprehensive Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
  • Strong configuration knowledge with a desire to implement best practice solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
