THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Sales & Success Intern to our Public Sector team in São Paulo!

Our team is responsible for managing the relationship with prospects and clients of Public Sector portfolio. We manage the public sector organizations relationship developing new sales and delivering wellbeing actions for our clients looking for engagement growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing market, where your competences will play a pivotal role in Wellhub’s expansion within the public sector. We’re looking for a proactive, innovative individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help drive Wellhub to new heights.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support on strategize, negotiate, and close high-value business deals and sales strategies for Public Sector prospects.
  • Support on public sector clients onboarding and wellbeing strategies along all contract term to maintain a positive and consistent engagement growth.
  • Support on quickly identify client needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers.
  • Support the Client Success team in operational activities that ensure the smooth running of our contracts, exercising organization and good relationships with internal support areas.
  • Consistently seek innovative approaches to enhance sales processes, product offerings and client success.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must reside in São Paulo.
  • Willingness to go to the office once a week.
  • Pursuing a degree (penultimate or final year) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management, Communication, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda or related fields, with availability to commit to a contract for at least 1 year.
  • Intermediary proficiency in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster global partner engagement.
