THE OPPORTUNITY

In this position you will sit in the Revenue Analytics team, in the Sales Operations & Strategy organization (Revenue organization). This team is responsible for understanding, structuring, providing visibility and insights on Revenue data so all the Revenue org can make better data-driven decisions. 

As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving complex business problems. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather and interpret data, develop insightful recommendations, and communicate your findings effectively to both internal teams, Revenue Leaders and other client stakeholders. Although it is a manager position, in this role you will not manage a team but rather exercise an Individual Contributor position.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Problem Solving: work to identify and address specific client challenges. Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement;
  • Data Analysis: collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and use this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform their recommendations;
  • Presentation and Communication: create simple (ppt or word) documents to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. And present to senior management;

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from various sources and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
  • Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions.
  • Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environments (Nice to have)
  • Experience in consulting or a related industry (Nice to have)
