THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a User Growth Specialist to join our User Growth Marketing (Revenue Marketing) team in NYC

Our User Marketing Team is a dynamic Revenue Marketing focused on driving growth (sky-rocketing enrollment rate) through exceptional lifecycle experiences. With a customer-centric focus, we optimize every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers. Regionally, we take charge of Marketing-sourced Subscriber Revenue (SR) by analyzing data, bringing local relevance and cultural insights to campaigns, and fostering collaborative partnerships with local teams. Globally, we enable regional work and ensure consistency, identifying technical and operational opportunities, and leading global standardization.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Retention & Upsell Strategies: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost subscriber retention and family member conversions. Use data-driven insights to optimize the subscriber journey and maximize lifetime value.
  • Community & Engagement Growth: Lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates through referrals and engagement campaigns. Drive go-to-market strategies for new partner launches, ensuring subscribers stay informed and engaged.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and campaign iteration to refine lifecycle marketing efforts, enhance engagement tactics, and improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with local and global teams (CS, WE, VM, CX) to align on initiatives, share insights, and foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Market Trends & Innovation: Identify local trends, benchmark competitors, and lead innovative campaigns aligned with global and regional strategies.
  • Project Management & Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of local initiatives, ensuring seamless CRM campaign management in Braze while maintaining best practices and documentation.
  • Creative Development: Manage the creation of marketing assets (CTA, visuals, copy) using Canva, Figma, and Structured Web, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Proactively tackle challenges, experiment with new approaches, and scale successful strategies globally.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy – Develops and executes marketing programs tailored to audience, messaging, and channel effectiveness. Stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Campaign Execution & Operational Excellence – Manages end-to-end campaign execution, balancing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality implementation and adherence to best practices.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Uses analytics to optimize strategies, measure marketing performance, and prioritize initiatives based on data insights.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Organizes and executes projects independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Innovation – Comfortable testing and iterating new marketing strategies, documenting insights, and identifying scalable opportunities.
  • Effective Communication – Clearly conveys marketing insights, explains data in simple terms, and actively engages in discussions across teams and stakeholders.
  • Time & Priority Management – Demonstrates strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively while adjusting to urgent needs and high-impact initiatives.
  • Problem Solving & Collaboration – Identifies challenges, proposes solutions, and works cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $77,373 - $96,716. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
