THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Mid-Level IT Project, Process and Governance Analyst in our Corp IT area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
This is a crucial role for a highly skilled professional who will ensure the execution and alignment of our IT projects with our strategic business objectives. You will actively engage with processes, reviewing and building a solid foundation, be part of the execution and delivery of projects of varying complexity, manage cross-functional initiatives, and optimize our IT project portfolio to deliver maximum business value and implement, as well as sustain, IT governance frameworks. YOUR IMPACT
- Drive the full IT project lifecycle, participating in the ideation stages, from initial scoping to successful delivery, monitoring and managing demands as well as the teams, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders, that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with applicable best practices.
 - Ensure that IT initiatives comply with relevant internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ITIL, COBIT).
 - Manage the continuous improvement of our IT governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
 - Support IT risk management by identifying potential vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
 - Collaborate closely with IT, Information Security (Infosec), and business teams to define project scope, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
 - Maintain up-to-date IT policies, standards, and procedures to promote efficiency, security, and compliance across all operations.
 - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in project delivery and governance.

WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced professional with 5 or more years of experience in project management, focusing on leading discussions, project lifecycle, building and mapping ideas up to the maturity of transforming these ideas into initiatives, process management, knowledge management, and IT governance.
 - An execution-focused expert with practical experience developing and implementing IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL).
 - A proactive and autonomous individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a strong attention to detail and a focus on results.
 - A problem-solver with a solid understanding of IT risk management principles and a proven track record of ensuring compliance.
 - An effective communicator who can clearly articulate complex technical concepts and governance principles to diverse audiences.
 - A collaborative professional with a strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across different departments.
 - Someone with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certifications like PMP, Prince2, CISA, Agile, and ITIL are a strong plus.
