THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Manager for our Wellbeing Engagement team in Bucharest, Romania!

You will drive the commercial agenda of our Wellbeing Engagement Team, coordinate its overall activities, and collaborate with other teams to ensure strong adoption of Wellhub across all the accounts your team manages. This role sits within the Global Revenue team and is responsible for executing our strategies locally, in close partnership with our clients.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Client Success, you will act as a culture transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellhub mission and promoting a strong culture of wellbeing. You will advocate on behalf of Wellhub with clients, users, partners, and other stakeholders, helping to drive meaningful engagement and impact.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Partner with the Customer Success Senior Manager to design and implement strategies and tactical initiatives that drive stronger client engagement in Wellhub.
  • Drive strategies to grow the reachable market through HR communication channels, and lead the WE Team to deliver results consistently and successfully.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in Romania, supporting them in advancing their wellbeing agenda and fostering a culture of wellbeing.
  • Leverage Wellhub’s global best practices and communication tools, adapting strategies for the Romanian market and optimizing client engagement channels
  • Support internal communication channels and HR culture strategies in companies of different sizes, sectors, and audiences
  • Provide guidance and training to local Client Success teams on wellbeing activation strategies and best practices
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic projects across different areas as needed.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5–7+ years of proven work experience in related positions
  • Familiar with the wellness, fitness, and HR sectors across Romania and other European markets
    Comfortable working at both a strategic level and rolling up sleeves for hands-on execution
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator, able to thrive and adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Native Romanian with excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages would be a significant advantage.
