THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Operations Senior Manager to our Revenue Sales Ops team in São Paulo, Brazil

We are hiring a SMB Sales Ops Sr. Manager for our SMB Sales Operations (SOPs) team! The team is looking for a highly analytical, strategic professional to act as a principal partner to our SMB Sales leadership. Our SMB segment relies on high volume, rapid sales cycles, and scalable processes. As a G5, you will be the "analytical engine" and a key thought-partner for the team. You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize the sales funnel, architect complex data models, and independently lead cross-functional initiatives to drive daily efficiency and sustainable revenue growth.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Ownership & Advising: You will own the analytical framework for the SMB sales segment. You will proactively extract and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, translating complex data into actionable go-to-market strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding decision-making and pushing back when data suggests a different path.
  • Complex Problem Solving & Ambiguity: You will tackle our most ambiguous operational challenges. You will independently break down broad business problems, design the analytical approach, formulate hypotheses, and execute the solution from start to finish.
  • Advanced Pipeline Modeling & Forecasting: You will design and architect robust forecasting models tailored to a high-volume SMB environment. You will go beyond tracking KPIs to predicting future performance, proactively alerting sales leadership to underlying drivers and recommending course corrections.
  • Process Leadership & Automation: You will lead cross-functional efforts with systems and engineering teams to eliminate bottlenecks. You will spearhead the design of automated workflows that scale rep productivity and reduce administrative burden.
  • Territory & Quota Strategy: You will drive the territory design and quota-setting strategy. You will use advanced data modeling to calculate market capacity and partner with Sales VPs to deploy compensation plans that incentivize the right behaviors.

Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: You have relevant years of work experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business/Sales Analytics, or Management Consulting. You have a proven track record of driving impact in a high-volume B2B Sales environment.
  • Exceptional Problem Solving: You possess a consultant's mindset and thrive in ambiguity. You have a demonstrated ability to take vague business questions, structure them into actionable analytical projects, and deliver high-impact strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: You are deeply data-driven and technically self-sufficient. You possess advanced proficiency in SQL to query complex databases and are an expert in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Experience with Python is a strong plus.
  • Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: You possess highly polished executive communication skills. You are adept at translating technical data into compelling narratives for C-level executives and VPs. You build trust quickly, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and can confidently influence senior leaders.
  • Systems Familiarity (Plus): While not strictly mandatory, prior experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) and a deep understanding of CRM data architecture are strong advantages.
  • Languages: You are advanced or fluent in English, as you will be leading initiatives with international stakeholders.
