
IT Support Analyst

Role Scope:
The IT Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Habitat Health’s IT infrastructure. This position involves providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining system security and efficiency. The analyst will work closely with other IT professionals and healthcare staff to support clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
This is an entry-level to early-career position ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of IT support experience who are looking to grow their careers in enterprise technology support.
This is an onsite role, covering our clinic locations in West Covina and Compton. The analyst will spend 50-75% of the time onsite at these locations and work remote for the remainder. Some travel may be required outside of the region. The ability to travel between sites is necessary for employment
Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
End User Support
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and application issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when appropriate.
Device Deployment & Asset Management
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based computers and related hardware.
- Perform new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities.
- Deploy software, security updates, and operating system upgrades.
- Track and maintain inventory of IT assets, including computers, monitors, mobile devices, and accessories.
Microsoft 365 & User Administration
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access requests.
- Support conference room technology and audiovisual equipment.
- Experience with Telephony solutions a plus
Infrastructure Support
- Assist with basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Support wireless access points, printers, scanners, and other network-connected devices.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues.
Customer Service
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology or business disciplines
- One to Three Years of experience in the following key areas:
- Desktop Hardware Support and Deployment
- Microsoft Domain and Tenant Configuration and Support
- Managing Network Infrastructure
- Managing End Point Devices
- Systems Troubleshooting
- Familiarity other 3rd Party Healthcare IT systems
- Skilled in installation and configuration of Microsoft products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $98,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable.
The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.

At-Will Employment
Employment with Habitat Health is at-will. This means that either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
