
Growth Marketing Associate

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who can help strengthen our brand presence, connect more people with our services, and bring our mission to life in ways that make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
The Growth Marketing Associate will help make Habitat Health easier to discover, understand, and trust by supporting campaign execution to reach older adults, caregivers, community organizations, and providers in California and planned future markets.
This is a role for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to grow quickly, working across multiple marketing channels. The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications as a member of the Growth team collaborating with outreach & enrollment, center operations, clinical colleagues, and more.
Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
- Support new center launches by adapting approved marketing materials
- Help create content calendars, development, and campaign execution across channels including direct mail, email, social media, community events, and more
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report marketing impact, use engagement results to identify practical opportunities for improvement
- Create materials to enable outreach & enrollment teams, community organizations, and provider audiences to communicate clearly about Habitat Health and PACE
- Support events through multi-channel campaign promotion, onsite logistics, follow-up communications, and recaps, working cross-functionally with center and central teams
- Coordinate with approved vendors on printing, photography, video, translation, graphic design, and other production needs
- Ensure creative assets, templates, project trackers, inventory, invoices, and shared resources are organized and current
- Enable Habitat Health center teams to self-serve by maintaining updated collateral in canva and with print vendors
- Submit and track regulated marketing material submissions through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS).
Required Qualifications:
- Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, content, digital marketing, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to make information clear and approachable for different audiences
- Familiarity with major social-media platforms, email marketing, web and/or CMS tools, and basic campaign reporting
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail across several simultaneous projects
- Curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort learning new technology, including approved AI-enabled tools for research, drafting, organization, and production
- A respectful, inclusive approach to working with older adults, caregivers, community organizations, providers, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Aligns with our purpose and our values, and is excited about living those out in daily practice

Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare, PACE, Medicare, Medi-Cal, or senior care services
- Experience with translation workflows, print production, compliance review, or marketing automation
- Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or comparable design tools to create or edit marketing materials
- Bilingual communication skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $96,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable.
The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.

At-Will Employment
Employment with Habitat Health is at-will. This means that either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
