• Report to - Unit Manager of the Department

Job Purpose

Hankook’s Internship Program at Hankook North America, Nashville seeks driven and team-orientated students.  Our internship programs gives students the opportunity to integrate their academic knowledge with real world experience in order to provide students a solid foundation to build successful careers.  In addition, our internship program gives students the opportunity to secure employment with Hankook for entry-level associate opportunities.  These opportunities are in a variety of career fields including Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology, Engineering and Marketing. 

Key Accountabilities

• Willingness to learn and make a contribution on the respective department the intern is assigned to
• Display professionalism and integrity
• Be an active contributor and provide input to improve company processes
• Be willing to complete a project under your respective managers guidance and brief the project to the company’s leadership team
• Any other duties/responsiblities as assigned by management.

Level of Accountabilities

• Intern
• Individual contributor

Core Competencies

• Willingness to learn in the intern’s field of study
• Good interpersonal skills
• Intermediate level computer skills with MS-Office

Qualifications

• Collegiate student in Junior year of school
