Role Summary:
Harbinger Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our growing team to add crucial support in areas such as reporting, data, and analysis. This employee will be key in driving our financial strength in this exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and financial modeling. Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Be the owner of all things data for the Finance Department and drive process improvements in existing systems; identify and propose new tools.
- Build and develop a team of Financial Analysts, creating a collaborative and high performance work environment.
- Work closely with the Accounting group to drive and enhance synergies between the two functions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.

- Provide Director of Finance with ad hoc support for new initiatives and requirements that will arise due to the business rapidly growing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an emphasis in Accounting.
- 5-8 years of relevant Finance experience.
- CPA/CPA Eligibility preferred, but not required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

California Pay Range
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
