We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner who thrives in highly creative environments and can influence senior leaders as we continue to bring the joy of games to the world. As an individual contributor, you'll partner with senior leaders in our Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) and Commercial teams, to make Wizards the designation for creatives, technologists, and storytellers. Sitting at the intersection of Human Resources and our business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) are uniquely positioned to shape employee experiences, ensure the company's talent grows in meaningful ways, and help the business meet our goals. Reporting to the VP, HRBP, you will collaborate to deliver HR solutions that enable success, foster a high-performance culture, and support the continued transformation of our business.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and across the broader Hasbro and Wizards enterprise to influence outcomes and manage change effectively.

  • Partner with Sr. Leaders and HR COEs to ensure talent acquisition, performance and rewards, and talent development enable strategic goals.

  • Use HR data and analytics to analyze, provide insights, identify trends, and develop solutions which improve organization, talent, leadership, and culture outcomes.

  • Develop effective organizational design initiatives to strengthen capabilities, operating model effectiveness, and culture.

  • Advance culture and employee belonging through hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

  • Partner with leaders to ensure leadership development, succession planning, and pipeline strength for critical roles.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least several years in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.

  • BS in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience).

  • Experience supporting leaders in Gaming or Entertainment or related industries strongly preferred.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand both commercial and operational drivers.

  • Proven organizational design and change management skills, ideally supporting organizations through transformation.

  • Experience building and executing people plans tied to multi-year strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative, empathetic, and approachable style.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear, thoughtful counsel to senior leaders.

The base salary range for this position is $127,000.00 to $190,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
