We are seeking a Finance Manager to work in our Colombia office

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting
    Evaluate and assess financial and business risks associated with key decisions. Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive-level reporting for Director and Executive Management, ensuring timely, accurate visibility into financial performance and strategic developments.

  • Strategic & Ad-Hoc Business Support
    Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives, complementing ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Partner cross-functionally to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

  • Financial Analysis & Problem Solving
    Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Executive Communication & Storytelling
    Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging, translating complex financial analysis into meaningful insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement & Change Leadership
    Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve financial processes. Lead or support initiatives that increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable, best-in-class financial operations.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong experience with Python and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset
  • Results-driven, able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling
  • Strong background in business analytics
  • Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities
